Could Your Symptoms Be Part of a Bigger Pattern?

Fatigue, brain fog, headaches, pain, sinus problems, digestive changes, temperature issues, mood changes, and no clear explanation for why you feel this way?

Take the free CIRS Symptom Pattern Assessment to see whether your symptoms form a multisystem pattern that may warrant further investigation. You'll also receive your personalized B3 Snapshot with insights into what your Biology, Brain, and Behavior may be telling you.

In just a few minutes, you'll gain greater clarity about your symptom pattern, what it may mean, and the next steps worth considering.

  • Review your CIRS symptom-cluster pattern

See how your symptoms distribute across the established CIRS clusters.

  • Receive your personalized B3 Snapshot

An introductory Biology, Brain, and Behavior interpretation of your results.

  • Get practical next-step insights

Clear guidance on what may be worth investigating next.

The pattern matters

Symptoms that seem unrelated may form one pattern

Chronic symptoms are often considered one at a time: fatigue as one problem, brain fog as another, digestive symptoms as another, mood or sleep changes as something else entirely.

But when an illness is multisystem, those pieces can belong to the same story. This assessment helps you step back and examine the pattern rather than looking at each symptom in isolation.

Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) is a complex, multisystem inflammatory illness that can affect the body and brain in ways that may initially seem disconnected. In just a few minutes, you'll review symptoms across the established CIRS symptom clusters and receive personalized results.

Your symptoms are data. The pattern may tell us where to look next.

More than a quiz

This Is More Than a Symptom Quiz

Identifying a possible CIRS pattern is only the beginning. Chronic inflammatory illness can affect far more than isolated physical symptoms.

Biological disruption can influence brain function, and changes in brain function can affect cognition, mood, energy, decision-making, motivation, and the very behaviors required to participate consistently in recovery.

The B3 Model of Care™

Biology → Brain → Behavior

The B3 Model of Care™ looks at your health through three interconnected areas, because what happens in one shapes the others.

  • Biology

What may be happening within the body that is creating physiological stress or interfering with recovery?

  • Brain

How might biological stress be affecting cognition, energy, sleep, emotional regulation, attention, or memory?

  • Behavior

How are those changes affecting everyday functioning, health behaviors, and the ability to carry out a recovery plan?

Behavior doesn't happen in isolation. When the biology is struggling, the brain may struggle too, and the behaviors required for recovery can become much harder to sustain.

This is why the assessment includes a B3 Snapshot rather than simply giving you a symptom score.

What you'll learn

What you'll learn from this free assessment

In just a few minutes, you'll come away with a clearer, more structured view of your symptoms and your next step.

See your symptom pattern more clearly

Rather than looking at individual symptoms in isolation, you'll examine how your symptoms are distributed across the multisystem pattern associated with CIRS screening.

Learn whether your pattern deserves further investigation

Your personalized results will help you understand whether your responses show a lower, intermediate, or stronger CIRS screening pattern, and what that means for your next step.

Identify important context

We'll consider factors such as potential exposure and where you currently are in seeking answers or receiving care.

Understand why B3 matters

Recovery may mean understanding what biological stress is doing downstream to your brain, daily functioning, and ability to follow through.

Leave with a clearer next step

Whether your pattern strongly suggests further evaluation, falls into a gray area, or points elsewhere, you'll receive guidance about what to consider next.

Clarity, not labels

This isn't about giving you another label

It's about helping you understand your pattern.

If your results suggest that CIRS warrants further investigation, I'll explain why appropriate medical evaluation matters, and what you can begin doing to support your Biology, Brain, and Behavior while navigating that process.

If your results fall into the middle, we'll talk about why the gray area deserves investigation rather than guessing. And if your responses don't show a strong CIRS screening pattern, that information is valuable too: it may be time to look more closely at other biological contributors.

Either way, the goal is greater clarity, not another round of trial and error.

How this works

A calm, structured way to review your symptom pattern

Many chronic symptoms overlap across multiple conditions. This assessment is designed to help you notice whether your current experience appears broad and multisystem, not to tell you what you have.

  1. 1

    Review symptom groups

Work through 13 symptom clusters and select everything that applies, including a clear "None of these" option.

  2. 2

    See your pattern

Your responses are organised into a simple picture of how broad and multisystem your symptoms appear.

  3. 3

    Consider next steps

Use your results to guide a more informed conversation with an appropriately qualified professional.

What it helps with

  • Bringing scattered symptoms into one clear view
  • Recognising whether your experience is multisystem in nature
  • Structured self-reflection before a professional discussion
  • A calmer starting point for further, informed investigation

What it does not do

  • It does not diagnose CIRS or any condition
  • It does not tell you that you definitively have CIRS
  • It does not replace professional medical evaluation
  • It does not make treatment recommendations

Stop guessing

You Don't Have to Keep Guessing at What Your Symptoms Mean.

Your symptoms are telling a story. This assessment can help you begin organizing the pieces.

Take a few minutes to review your symptom pattern, receive your personalized B3 Snapshot, and learn what may be worth investigating next.

For educational and wellness-screening purposes only. This assessment does not diagnose or rule out CIRS or any other condition, and does not replace evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

About Heidi

I Created What I Wish I Had

I'm Heidi Wooley, a researcher in educational psychology specializing in the relationship between biology, brain function, and behavior change. I'm also someone who has personally lived through CIRS.

I know what it's like to have symptoms that don't seem to fit together. I know what it's like to search for answers, navigate a complicated illness, and wait to find the right medical care while wondering what you can do in the meantime to help your body and brain recover.

This assessment was built around the questions I wish someone had asked me much earlier.

I created it to help people step back from the individual symptoms and begin seeing the bigger pattern, while also understanding something I believe is frequently missing from chronic-illness care: what is happening to the Biology, Brain, and Behavior of the person living through it.

Heidi works with both men and women with CIRS, including people still seeking an appropriate physician and people who already have a CIRS physician but want more individualized recovery support.

Complementary, not a replacement

Your Medical Treatment and Your Recovery Support Are Both Important

The B3 approach is designed to work alongside your medical care, addressing a different but connected part of the recovery picture.

For clients who already have a physician, the B3 approach can complement their medical care by addressing the broader biological, cognitive, behavioral, nutritional, lifestyle, and recovery-support picture within Heidi's professional scope.
